Fans of the Chevy Trailblazer are chomping at the bit to get a look at the 2021 version of this crossover—the first vehicle to bear the Trailblazer name in 12 years. The 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer offers a surprisingly roomy interior with seating for 5 and available cargo space up to 54.4 cu. ft.
You’ll have your choice of nine exterior color options, including eight with a stylish, contrasting roof. Once you take a test drive in the 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer, you’ll be glad it’s back—even if you didn’t know you missed it!
The small SUV is available in three trim packages:
L
Starting at $19,000
The 1.2 litre turbo engine with a continuous variable transmission gives you the performance you want while a driver information center and comfortable seats ensure you’ll enjoy the ride. With a few exceptions, the safety features are the same across all trim levels—and they are impressive. Ten airbags, front collision alert, front pedestrian braking, lane keep assist, teen driver setting, and rear park assist are a few examples. After reading the long list of features you’d expect on a higher priced SUV, you’ll do a double take when you see that the price starts under $20,000.
LS
Starting at $21,500
The engine is the same in the LS trim package, but you will have access to additional safety and comfort features not available on the L. The lack of available cruise control on the L might be enough to make many buyers bump up to the LS where it’s available as an option along with a driver confidence package, and standard flat folding front passenger seatback.
LT
Starting at $23,600
As you’d expect, you’ll enjoy more standard features on this top trim package starting with an optional upgrade to a 1.3 liter turbo engine. This is the only trim package on which you can upgrade to a color screen for the driver information center, and the only one with the option for adaptive cruise control, climate control heat and AC, and trailering equipment. We’re sure with this still modest starting price, that many buyers will consider the top trim package.
Can I Tow My Camper With the 2021 Chevy Trailblazer?
Dreaming of an extended road trip? The Trailering Provisions package makes the vehicle ready for a four-pin trailer light connector. This package is standard on all AWD Trailblazers. You won’t be able to tow very large campers, but the Trailblazer’s 4,500-pound towing capacity will be able to handle small and some mid-size campers.
