Best Used Midsize Trucks

GMC Canyon

The GMC Canyon was first introduced in 2004 and quickly became one of the top reliable trucks to own throughout the years. Our favorite model years include the 2015 GMC Canyon that features an available 3.6-liter V6 engine that boasts 302 horsepower, available 4WD, several available bed configurations to choose from, and a fully-boxed ladder frame. The 2017 GMC Canyon includes several upgrades: an upgraded 3.6-liter V6 with an 8-speed automatic transmission, new exterior colors, an available Trailer Brake Control, a 7-inch touchscreen, a Denali trim for a more luxurious ride, the available Nightfall Edition with 18″ alloy wheels and a body-colored grille, and an ALL-Terrain X Package that includes all-terrain tires, an off-road suspension, and hill descent control.

The 2015 Toyota Tacoma featured the newest TRD Pro Series trim that comes equipped with a 5.7-liter V8, a TRD cat-back exhaust system, 4WD, 18-inch TRD wheels, and a quarter-inch-thick aluminum front skid plate. The most recent model years scored high in reliability as well and feature several exciting upgrades any truck enthusiast would love. The 2016 Toyota Tacoma features a new 3.5-liter V6 and automatic transmission, as well as an upgraded infotainment system that includes a rearview camera and Siri Eyes Free. The TRD Pro Trim was reintroduced with the 2017 Toyota Tacoma with a new off-roading suspension, Fox internal bypass shocks, 16″ TRD black alloy wheels, and Rigid Industries LED fog lights.
